We offer remote support via Broadband and ISDN and via the support section of this website, coupled with site visits if required. |
Our engineers and support staff attend regular training and refresher courses both at our well equipped training and demonstration facility in Bristol, and at the manufacturers HQ located in Kiel, Germany. |
For specific installations and solutions we can set up specific scenarios at our training and demonstration facility to prove the operation and integrity of the system for a specific application prior to its installation and commissioning. This ensures a smooth transition to the new system and provides operators with enough experience to start using the system immediately. |
All our engineers are certified to carry out maintenance and technical support and adequate spares are available to ensure speedy repairs if necessary. Engineer training is also available for new installers. |
